About Cleaning and Use

We use nonstick cookware and are happy with it. However, although the manufacturer claims that this is dishwasher safe and withstands metal utensils, it is our experience that every nonstick coating we have ever tried, including ceramic coatings, will eventually chip, crack, scratch or peel. How long it takes to do that depends upon how you care for your cookware. We wash ours by hand and use wooden utensils for a longer lasting nonstick coating. We suggest you do the same.
