Porcelain-Enameled Cast Iron Grill Grates
We upgraded the main cooking area grates to porcelain-enameled cast iron grates, which combines traditonal cast iron and enamel grates. The big advantages are: heavy duty, non-stick, rust resistant and crack resistant. They will bring the cooking area more even heat when worked with the 4 stainless steel burners and enameled flame tamers.
Large Cooking Area
360 sq.in. enameled primary cooking area plus 150 sq.in. stainless steel warm rack secondary cooking area adds up to 510 sq.in, bbq cooking area for family, freinds parties. Besides, the cooking height is 35.5 in, higher than other gas grills, making it easier to use without bending down so low.
Grill and Griddle Combo
We have equipped this gas grill with two cast iron grates and one reversible cast iron griddle (usable on both sides), allowing you to freely customize their arrangement based on your cooking preferences.
Easy to Clean
Below the grill chamber body, there is a full-sized slide-out grease tray, and it has been designed with a tilt so that the grease can flow directly into the hanging grease box below. The design of the slide-out grease tray and the hanging grease box makes grilling cleaning much easier after BBQ time.
Suitable for Rotisserie Kit
We have reserved fixed slots on both sides of the cooking area for a rotisserie kit. After removing the grill grates, you can install the rotisserie kit and rotisserie basket, providing ample space for cooking large cuts of meat such as turkey. This small change allows you to enjoy a wider variety of barbecue cooking methods. (Note: rotisserie kit or rotisserie basket NOT included)
